An Agent who participates in spamming will be immediately dismissed from the program. Accesscard Financial Services Inc. considers that spamming reflects negatively on every business or person which resorts to it and can not risk ruining our name or reputation. If an Agent is dismissed because of spamming. The Agent will be able to keep their credit card, but will not be able to participate in the program. We know that there are cases when you may respond to an advertisement (spam) with your own personal advertisement. We do not consider this spam. Anyone who spams you should be willing to accept your advertisement. However, please keep all records of these types of mailings. Note: Never send email advertisements directing someone to your website or with the corporate name in it not unless information on the program has been previously requested. Sending your URL or the corporate name (Accesscard Financial Services Inc.) to someone without it being requested will result in immediate dismissal from the program. We can not risk the chance of being shut down due to complaints or again, ruining our good names. Please keep proof of your contact's request for information.
