2. Send a Signed copy of our MUTUAL AGREEMENT TO NOT DISCLOSE AND NOT CIRCUMVENT.
   
3. Prepare and Submit a one to two page typed summary of the Business Plan , what funds will be used for and describing how the funds will be utilized.
   
4. The Service Group will review the Letter of Intent and Business Plan.If they agree to fund the project, the program coordinator will issue and send to the Client an offer to fund with instructions and technical information explaining how the program works.
   
5. The Groups Attorney will then Issue the Seed Capital Acquisition offering and all other necessary steps are completed to effect funding to the Client.

6. During this part of the Processing the Funding Applicant will ussually meet with the Group Attorney and Funding to the Company usually occurs 30 to 45 days after sending the letter of Acceptance and Paying the Setup Fees as Indicated in Seed Program offering.
