Why is ePaymentbill
Why is ePaymentbill different from other Internet payment processsing services?

1. ePaymentbill is set up to offer payment processing services for E-commerce
sites, with focus on Internet gaming. What this means is that you will not
have to worry anymore about finding banks or financial institutions willing

assured of privacy of information, and prompt payments for your Internet
    transactions .

3. ePaymentbill supports multi-Asian languages. If your website is targetted at
customers in Asia, ePaymentbill is the payment service to use.
4.ePaymentbill assures payments within a short days or earlier from date of
the transactions. Other sites take up to 45 days before any payments.

5. ePaymentbill accepts transactions from all over the world, and not just the
US. We can make payments for your transactions in a currency of your choice.

6. ePaymentbill reduces the risk of credit card fraud by using high-quality
online payment security technologies. The same payment security technologies
also protects credit card & other information submitted by your customers.

risks and service. Our fees may not be the lowest, but you will find our
overall package the best that is available for Internet gaming in the

What does a merchant do if the merchant anticipates a high volume of
sales, which will exceed the rolling funding limit?

ePaymentbill sets the rolling funding limit as required by its partner banks.
ePaymentbill recommends the merchant to sign up with more than one payment
service provider so that the merchant can sell a higher volume of sales
and yet have the transactions accepted by the payment service providers.

How long does it take for a transaction to be processed, and when will
the merchant be paid?

The transaction is processed & approved/declined immediately. Merchants
will be paid within a few days of the approved transactions into their
bank accounts.

immediately.

Can my ePaymentbill account accept orders from multiple Web sites belonging
to the same merchant?

If the merchant operates several different Web sites, the merchant can
use a single ePaymentbill account to accept orders from all of the
merchant's sites. However, the link to ePaymentbill for each site will need
to be tested & initialized by ePaymentbill. The procedure for this will be
made know to the merchant during signing up.

is always 'Approved', but the transactions will not be sent to the banks.

If a credit charge is declined, how can the merchant get more
information?

For security resons, banks & credit card companies do not tell the
payment service provider (ePaymentbill) the reason why a customer's charge
was refused. Instead the card holder should contact the bank which
issued the credit card and ask for the reason(s) why the charge failed.
